Late Afternoon WDIS: Baltimore or Cleveland D/ST?

Baltimore against an ailing Steelers offense or Cleveland against a pick-prone Carson Palmer? Both are good options, although Yahoo currently projects Baltimore at 16.25 versus Cleveland at 8.51.

Still, Cleveland has been playing well in recent weeks and had that monster defensive stand last Sunday. Any comments or advice are most welcome. Thanks in advance!
