[TOMT] Picture of an asian man sitting alone in a park

On reddit I had seen the imgur link to a picture of a man sitting alone in a park on a funny seat of some sort..His back is turned to the picture (not sure) Could some of you all help me find it?

Thanks!

Edit 1: Its not on a see-saw but it is in a park of sorts..I am trying to remember as much as I can of that picture

Edit 2: I remember he was wearing office clothes!
