Panic attack followed by weekend-long migraine

On Friday morning at work, I had a panic attack while sitting at my desk. I had one at the end of October as well, but it had been years since my last one. Immediately after it was over, I felt a migraine approaching. My face and limbs got all tingly, and I started to feel pressure on the left side of my head and behind my eye. The nausea was very mild compared to what I've experienced with previous migraines. The headache never got that bad on Friday night, but last night it came back. Whenever I would bend over, it felt like I was being stabbed behind my left eye. This morning, I feel better, but the pressure is still present in the left side of my head, which leads me to believe it's going to come back. I've never had a migraine headache come and go like this. Usually it's really painful for a few hours, and when it's gone, it's gone. I've also never had a panic attack immediately precede a migraine before. Are these common things to have occur?

TL;DR, is it common to have migraines in conjunction with panic attacks and for the migraine headache to come and go multiple times?
