[TOMT] An animated film about Gorillas/Monkeys

I saw this film a long ways back on Disney Channel

• It's animated
• It was not a Disney film, at least to my knowledge.
• It was about Gorillas [Edit: It may have been monkeys with tails, hell it could've been Lemurs, but now I am sure that it can also be monkeys]
• I don't remember the plot, but a lot of the story takes place on trees, as if the Gorillas/monkeys live there
• There seemed to be a lot of anger too, with the gorillas/monkeys fighting each other
• It had a particularly unique art style, it wasn't cartoony at all, the style was a bit realistic though
• There may have been a red gorilla/orangutan as a main character
