Hey I just discovered this subreddit and I've been wanting to change my current portal theme (see in comments) to Tron but I haven't really been successful could you guys help?

OK so i currently have this skin and parts http://wistfulwriter.deviantart.com/art/The-Portal-2-Desktop-Theme-for-Rainmeter-245722598 with a couple changes. This is what my current setup looks like http://imgur.com/aHYMk.jpg . I'm a noob at this so bear with me, I'd like to change the color to TRON blue and change the font to the Tron font which can be found on DaFont.com . Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
