Bought LE. No access to specializations or armor.

So the title basically says it all.
I bought the LE and earlier had access to the skins and everything. But now they're just gone. I also checked available specializations and only have the default 2 available.
I really don't know what to do, so I'm asking you ,reddit, what should I do?
