Weird problem with bleeding after sex and birth control.

So, I'm on the pill. I'm on my second month of it. I just started the second month 2 weeks ago now, so I recently had my period. Well, I also just recently became sexually active again after not being for 2 or 2 1/2 years. After the first time, I bled a little bit, no big deal, I know it happens. Next day though, I was still bleeding some. Like, some brown spotting as if I were trying to start my period, this lasted about 2 days, so till yesterday.

So then yesterday it seemed the bleeding stopped. I googled it and it was said that sometimes it is not uncommon for some spotting to happen even when on birth control and that there was nothing to worry about.

Later that night however, I had sex again and after, I bled again and this time it was a lot of blood, more then before. It ended up on the sheets even and of course it wasn't noticed until after. Now this morning, I'm fine again, no blood. Really though, I've never had this happen. I've bled after sex, sure, but only a little bit, never this much.

Is this something I should be concerned about or is this really normal to have that much blood after sex? Also, no, I didn't feel any pain either. It honestly just looked like I started my period all the sudden again. We were kind of both shocked. I ended up sleeping with a tampon in all night just in case but like I said, I was fine this morning. Not sure what my body has been doing to me these last few days. I've been taking my pill on time every day as well. 10pm every night and I've never missed a day.
