Boycotting businesses that drug test?

Hello fellow ents!

I was thinking in the car yesterday and I realized that there are still thousands of businesses that conduct drug tests that will disqualify you for employment if they detect Cannabis in your system. Seeing as how there are now two states that have legalized Marijuana for recreational use it seems even more preposterous that this is even a disqualifier (I understand that it's still illegal on a federal level, but we'll get there).

Do you think that if there was an organized effort to not frequent businesses that practice disqualification of employment through Marijuana use that it would effect change? Are there currently any efforts to do this? Is it realistic or would it be impossible to live without being patrons of these establishments?

tl;dr: Drug testing for Marijuana is bullshit, and businesses that do it won't be getting my business.
