Need help I don't know where to post this

I've been ripped off all my life by a lot of companies recently I rented a car on the same day I got the vehicle I have been in an accident I did purchase the insurance the rental company offered after wards I was billed 800dollars for the vehicle rental fee I paid it, now the company wants another 300 dollars because its a deductible ? I just paid off my college debt I am broke jobless is there any way possible I can wave this fee? It would help out a lot pls help r/law
