Laptop screen changes saturation every time a User Account Control window pops up or when entering fullscreen mode

I have a Asus U47A laptop running on windows 7. Starting recently, every time I open an application that brings up a User Account Control prompt, my screen saturation changes noticeably. This also happens whenever I enter fullscreen mode on any application such as games. When I enter the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel and go into Color Enhancement, all of the values are at their default, but when i change one of them slightly, it returns to the normal(ish) saturation.

I recently installed uTorrent, Eclipse, and Cygwin before this started to occur if that helps. (I've already tried uninstalling all recent applications, too)
