[hiring] Programmer capable of creating software that changes how the Print Screen button functions.

I am looking to create a new piece of software that changes the way the print screen button functions. This software will improve how we use the print screen function and make the whole process of using the print screen function smoother.

I will be releasing this software for free upon completion with the option to donate. I don't know what programming language is needed, but the program will run in the background and have a few basic options in a GUI.

Some design experience would also be appreciated but not entirely necessary to create the icon logo and gui interface.

Might also need assistance in creating a basic website where people could download and/or donate through paypal. I haven't done any html since I did some basic stuff in high school back in 2007.
