How has Reykjavik been under Jon Gnarr's rule?

I just watched the documentary on the comedian turned mayor of Reykjavik, "Gnarr". It was a fun ride from idea to winning the election. But now I ask my self, has he been a succes? Or are things like they used to be?

What have you experienced that is a direct consequense, either good or bad, of "The Best Party" having the majority in city council?
