Recently while doing some research on various aspects of ranked games I started to think about the best way to find some teammates to start playing ranked games with.

My first thought was "Wouldn't it be great if I could just post my information somewhere and have people contact me looking for someone who plays my lane." I could post information like what my main position is and what three champs I play most in that lane/jungle, and what my two back-up positions are. It could also include the hours I'm most likely to be online, and other details.

For example:

Summoner: Rookkoor (NA)

Status: Looking for teammates.

Mostly likely to play: 2PM-11PM EST

1st: Top Lane (Teemo, Yorick, Irelia)

2nd: Jungle (Shyvana, Maokai, Udyr)

3rd: Support (Sona, Alistar, Zyra)

I looked for a social networking site where players could make profiles and find friends and teammates, I thought LOLking was like that but then I realized it's just a stats page, despite having "profile" pages. There was a time where they were going to add "notes" to the buddy list in the game client. I never heard why that didn't happen, but I thought it was a great way to at least manage the talents of the people on your friends list.

Is there anything like this out there?
