Alternate versions of reality TV shows starring toddlers

There could be all toddler Project Runway, Top Chef, Jersey Shore (replace the alcohol with juice and sugar and see what happens), the Todd-chelor, Toddler swap, the biggest loser with toddlers... the possibilities are endless. I don't think it would particularly improve anything, but I think it would be funny.
