Best software for old folks?

My parents(72 and 66) are thinking of giving up cable. I hooked up a HD antennae for them, but they want to watch movies too. I have an extra Mac mini and NAS that I was going to hookup for them, but I am unsure of the easiest software for them to use. I have XBMC on there already, but honestly they got lost when playing with it. Is there anything that's simpler?
