[Build Help]Good Sound-proofing in this build?

Hopefully this is the last of these and then its just wait for prices/holidays to end. But my wife brought up a good point - how quiet will this build be?

I assume most of that comes from the case but I haven't a clue how to tell... apologies, but I feel I'm getting better at this :)

Final things I'm considering:

  • Bumping up the RAM to 16 GB or getting a better quality of RAM
  • Putting in another motherboard that would have 4 slots for RAM (current only has 2)

What do you all think about that? My budget is $1500 and getting Windows will only take about $50 (my wife is a graduate student... hooray!) so that gives me basically $300 to spare.
