A Bridesmaid in an OOT Wedding 1 Month After EDD: Any advice?

Posting this for a friend who's in a tricky situation and needs some advice:

I have a question for those of you here who have had babies before, or just anyone with insight. It's actually been worrying me a lot.

Two of my best friends are getting married one month after I am estimated to deliver. Depending upon when I pop, it could be 6 weeks, could be 2-- who knows. These people met each other because of me, and I'm pretty close to them. I'm supposed to be a bridesmaid-- already bought a dress (empire-waist and flowy, to accommodate the fact that I have no clue what my body will be like then). The wedding is a little over 100 miles away, so I'll have to drive over and stay overnight at a friend's house or hotel. I'm planning to breastfeed/pump, maybe supplement with formula if absolutely necessary.

To be clear: I think this is crazy. Crazy, crazy, crazy.

So, as of now, I am thinking about a few options: a) try and save up pumped breast milk and leave daddy with baby at home while I go. Daddy has been invited to the wedding, but for his own personal reasons, he will not be attending. b) bring baby with me, and somehow make it work. c) drop out as bridesmaid, and say I may or may not attend depending upon when I deliver and how baby and I feel. d) don't go.

I can't easily just leave early due to going carpool + personal issues with driving at night on busy highways I am not familiar with.

I'm working on meeting in-person with the bride, maybe groom also, and talking this out, but I don't know for sure what the best course of action is yet. What do you guys think?
