How do you get to cloud peaks. (small rasaad quest spoiler inside)

Hi there, so after wiping the cult of the Dark Mistress in Baldur's Gate , Rasaad's quest points me to Cloud Peaks. The thing is i cant find how to zone there, i have tried from the surrounding areas to no avail.

So... what am i missing ? (i assume it will be something obvious and that im a retard).

Thanks !
