Is there a difference between circumcised and uncircumcised penises when it comes to wearing a condom? Is there a comfort difference?

Okay, so I know that most of you would not know the difference personally, having either an uncut or cut penis, but I'm wondering if some of you can share your condom-wearing experience so we all can learn. 27F here, single, 29M current sexual partner. He's uncut. The last few penises that I've had the pleasure of touching have been uncut, but when it came to intercourse a condom was used, because health and safety. My last long-term partner was cut, and we never used a condom. I'm wondering if a condom is more or less comfortable with a foreskin. Does a condom tug at your foreskin? Does a condom feel super bad on a circumcised penis? Does it equally suck for all of you?
