Disappointed in where I am in live. Need advice on where to go from here.

Life*** (in title) I'm in college. I'm 18, turning 19 in a month. Still a "virgin" (I've done pretty much everything except have sex, still not happy about it). At parties, I can dance my ass off with girls, but can never get any of them to come back with me. I am friend zoned more than I would like. And I have trouble escalating with girls, ie, I don't know how to show interest, or flirt, because I fear them getting creeped out. I will also admit I'm not in the best shape of my life, which probably doesnt help me, although I am definitely not fat or obese, but could definitely lose a few pounds. Where do I go from here? Are there books, or articles I could read? What kind of things do I need to start changing about myself to make this aspect of my life more successful?
