[Troubleshooting]Finished build but can't find a network? (Windows 8)

Hey Buildapc,

(Edit: Do I need a network card for wireless internet? I thought this motherboard had one?)

I just finished building my first computer (I will post after I resolve this problem and take pictures) and my computer can't find a connection. I downloaded the Atheros driver off the gigabyte website along with all of the other drivers and transferred them to the computer I just built that is running windows 8. I installed all of them and it is not getting a connection.

Anybody have any idea what the problem is?

My motherboard is the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H

My LAN driver is the Atheros LAN driver 2.1.0.7
