Problem to login to Google Account.

Yesterday a friend of mine decided it was a good idea to delete my cookies and cache (he had a few drinks). But now after he did that, I can't login to Google Account, I keep getting this messege: "Your browser's cookie functionality is turned off. Please turn it on." The problem is that my cookies are enabled and google.com is not blocked.

I have reinstalled Firefox but still getting the same problem. I have also tried using Chrome and Explorer, but I'm still getting the same problem.
