I remember a while back I managed to fix this problem somehow while messing around with my catalyst control center settings. Well now somehow the problem has returned and I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix it again, it's nothing to do with my 3d resolution/resolution, they're both on 100%.

If someone could help me out here that would be greatly appreciated.
