[Build Help] Class project build (details inside)

Hello r/buildapc! My final project for my pc hardware class is creating a build with a budget of $2,000.00 (tax included.) I figured I would like to present it using this subreddit in order to introduce people to it and the help redditors provides new builders. If you could just treat this as any other build post that would be appreciated. If anything I would like to think I could eventually work towards this build once the funds become available.
