Why do a lot of US online stores won't accept mexican billing/shipping addresses or a mexican card at all?

Seriously, I WANT to buy your stuff. I'm willing to pay horrible amounts of money for shipping. I used to buy presents for people in the US, but now they just wont take my card info (any mexican card info), even if it's not shipping here. Why isn't my money good enough?
