Is the Sephora Blockbuster worth it?

I've never gotten one before and was curious if they're worth having.

I want to get it with my BI $15 off card so it would only be ~$37.

I like most of the eyeshadow colors, but what's really making me lean towards it are the gel liners. I don't have too many lip glosses either so that could be a plus.

What do you guys think about the old Blockbusters ? Do any of you have any complaints about this one ?

Edit: OK! Thanks guys. I'm not a big fan of big palettes anyway, so I'm not really interested. If it was decent maybe, but I'd rather spend the money on something that's better quality. I'm probably gonna get the Vice Palette instead (:
