[Build Ready] Building my first ever gaming PC.
So, Christmas is coming up and I've finally decided to ditch console gaming once and for all, as have many others I would have guessed. I'm in a rather odd position in terms of the parts being using however. My Dad is currently using a Quadro 4000 in his PC at his work but, considering he is a software engineer and doesn't need a GPU like that for what he does, he said that I could have it until I have the money for a new GPU. I've been told that it's somewhere around an Nvidia 550Ti and a 460. (Can someone confirm if this is true or not?) I will then be getting a bundle from Overclockers.co.uk which consists of an i5 3570K overclocked to 4.40GHz as well as a Zero Infinity Phantom CPU Cooler to keep the CPU running, a Gigabyte Z77-D3H motherboard, and 8GB of DDR3 1600MHz RAM. I will also be running a Corsair 700 Watt PSU and two 250GB hard drives. How would this PC run games such as Fry Cry 3, Battlefield 3 and Planetside 2? (Settings, frame rate, et cetera.) I will be running them at 1680 by 1050 resolution by the way. Thank you for help in advance. :)
