I really need help with Halo, Forward Unto Dawn

So recently I got into the Halo Forward Unto Dawn series. I was able to watch the first two episodes without a problem, but when I try to watch episodes 3, 4, or 5 on ANY site it says that they are private. Were they only up for a short amount of time? Was this supposed to happen? Any help would be great.
