I think I just had a Supernatural encounter

I was at home (alone) and I was taking a shower. I was listening to music with a stereo plugged in to an outlet outside the door. Halfway through, something knocked down my stereo and stopped the song. Later, about 2 minutes later, something opened my door, which was closed all the way, while I was changing. What do you guys think? Do I need to get some salt?
