Trying to move away from animal food: what is a practical alternative fro fried eggs in the morning?

Hi r/vegan!

I am trying to move away from animal foods but I have a hard time dealing with breakfast.

We use to make fried eggs and eat them with bread. Took 5 minutes to make, and keeps you satisfied for few hours until lunch.

However, eggs are not an option anymore. I saw a lot of recipes but I don't find them very practical on a daily basis (variety of ingredients required, have to prepare them in advance etc).

What is the most practical and satisfying vegan breakfast you cook on a daily basis?

Thanks!
