I've never refrigerated a pizza in my life. What are some of your blatant food-safety violations that never make you think twice?
My entire life, from childhood with my parents to living on my own, cooked pizza has simply never gone into the fridge. Takeout, home made, meat pizza, pizza with ranch sauce, you name it, sits on the counter overnight and I happily have it for breakfast the next morning. The ranch dip that came with it, though? Into the fridge with that little guy!
I have my Foodsafe certification, and have managed a restaurant, and would never DREAM of doing it in a professional setting, but for some reason it has never, ever bothered me to do at home.
In what ways do you thumb your nose at food safety? Stuff that you wouldn't do professionally, or to guests, but just for yourself.
