I'm getting +100XP with membership + boost?

Hey, so I got a membership which gives 500sc and I spent that on a boost, and whenever I get a kill it says 100xp(+75%). Is anyone else having this problem? Are boosts not supposed to apply to kills? I also used a trial weapon when using my boost, I know that was a problem on launch day but I thought they put in a hotfix for that?
