Dislocated my shoulder recently, been told I can weightlift again. A few questions.

So it's been six weeks since the accident and doctors have cleared me to start training again. I dislocated doing dumbbell (DB) shoulder/overhead press (OHP). The DB fell backwards, I didn't let go, poppoppopcrack.

I can now train again but I don't want to do (DB) OHP. I know it seems irrational but I maybe I'll change my mind soon.

NOTE: I've been working out for nearly 3 years and train for hypertrophy rather than strength so I follow a 4 day bodybuilding split 8-12 slow reps, good form So my questions:

What exercises can I do to work shoulder muscles all around that area without doing OHP

By not including OHP am I missing out a lot of muscles?

can I do more isolation exercises to avoiding lifting weights above my head?

Thanks in advance.

Tl;dr- questions are in bold
