Does wearing a button declaring that we are "newly single" invite sexual harassment?

To clarify, the button is an add for a new single serve coffee product the company I work for is selling, but as a woman working in a coffee shop I feel it is allowing customers to jest about my love life and invites them to ask me out. I have been approached by many men in this manner as have my lady co-workers. The store manager was hesitant handing them out to us, but it's a requirement for the uniform.

What should we do? Is this a big enough deal to report to corporate? Thoughts?
