Need help with holiday toy repair

So its more of a decoration than a toy but i figured i would try it out. My in-laws have this decoration that lights up and has a motorize show inside it. It went under water during hurricane sandy and now the motor doesnt work. It doesnt seem to come apart or is even made to be fixed, but I was wondering if you guys knew any way to, at the least, remove the motor.
