Seeking input from former Costa Rica travelers.

I decided today I'm going to run off to Costa Rica for appox. 10 days (give or take a few days) in about a week. I poked around r/travel and came up with a very rough idea of what I may do. I was hoping you guys could give me some tips/suggestions on my travel. I'm curious if I'm missing anything which you think I should visit, if there's a better route/timeline, if there's anything you would skip over, etc. Any hostel suggestions or generic tips are also quite welcome. Many thanks in advance.

Day 1: Fly into San Jose and kick aorund.

Day 2: Head to Arenal to check out volcano + hotsprings.

Day 3: Trip to Pacuare for rafting (full day with pickup/dropoff).

Day 4: Head to Monteverde to explore Cloud Forest.

Day 5: See what else there is in Moteverde.

Day 6: Head to Mal Pais to enjoy the beaches.

Day 7: More of the same.

Day 8: Head to Manuel Antonio to relax (http://www.vistaserena.com)?

Day 9: More of the same?

Day 10: More of the same?

Day 11: Head back to San Jose and fly home.
