Poor kids of Reddit - What are some toys you made, or games you created as a result of being poor that entertained you?

We dug up a tire on the banks of a river and set up a tire swing on a tree that branched out over a very steep and high hill. My brothers and sisters and I created a game where you had to perform freestyle tricks while swinging from one side of the hill to the other. Tricks were scaled on degree of difficulty and judged by everyone but the person performing it. We spent an entire summer playing that and it was awesome.
