Cant remember the name of this Christmas movie

My dad was talking about a christmas movie where a man is doing something with his christmas lights and his wife unplugs a strand. He Then goes nuts screaming "damn it damn it damn it" and kicks a snowman or something. I know this is vauge but he couldnt seem to remember the name and an extencive google search of "damnit damnit damnit, chirstmas movie" didnt answer me.
