My boyfriend's brother is a Muslim, and claims that the Quran has scientific facts explicitly stated, long before the modern world has discovered them.

This justifies his beliefs that the Quran is the true word of God, because, why would anyone else know this? I told him that anyone can find different meanings in the text if they are searching for science in particular. I refuse to believe that the Quran held scientific data before it was known to the rest of the world. Is there anyone here that can give me specific examples of the pseudoscience of Islam?
