How difficult is it for a student to move to Canada?

I am a 19 year old med student with no working experience whatsoever. For reasons I'll keep to myself and spare you all my sob story, I express the need to move out of my current country (Republic of Macedonia) and move to Canada. This is the school system in Macedonia. I've been a straight A student all through my vocational school (medicine) and have now enrolled in medical college. I am fluent in four languages, the most important ones being English and Spanish. My knowledge in visa and immigration services (and overall laws) is very limited and I have no one to count on because my family is adamant in preventing me from moving. I've done some research and it appears there's no Embassy of Canada in Macedonia, and the one in Serbia (the neighboring country) seems to be closed. What can I do to move and how long will the process take?
