a month away from marriage and pregnant

We (me and fiancee) just found out that my fiancee is pregnant! Took a test yesterday morning came out positive. Took a test this morning and came out positive. I don't know if it is too soon to announce, I am thinking it is but I am just excited about my first child! Being a dad! and as the title says, we plan on getting married at the end of the month and we find out a baby too! She stopped taking the pill as her doctor had mentioned it can take up to 3 months to fully get out of her system. It only took a month and we had been planning on really trying after marriage in January. I am excited but now we both think everyone will be saying we just got married because I knocked her up. We have been together for 4 years now and we are in our late 20's. I just hope everything goes well and wanted to express my feelings on this newly found subreddit that I didn't know about until now.
