Teachers of Reddit: If you were given a choice to change from the Industrial Education system of the 20th century to the 21st century with the assistance of Technology, what you like to see happen?

For instance: Would you like to see classrooms run like Reddit or The Well with new ideas popping in constantly about ways to improve on the infrastructure and how to drive discussion? (Bureaucracy be damned). What would you like to see in schools change for the better?
