Vessels going completley uncontrollable in orbit?

So this has been going on continuosly since I got 0.18. I've managed to get an unmanned probe up and into orbit about 5 times now and every single time I get a full orbit the craft just goes dead. I can follow it, time-warp and click on it but I cant control the direction, throttle, ladders/panels, SAS, or anything. I do have antennaes on the probe so it should be controllable. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

A.I- Timewarp is off, and I'm in Kerbit orbit, no where far. Thanks!
