Need help finding cubes for the Reddit Secret Santa

So the guy I was matched with said he was into Rubik's cubes. I was thinking of getting him a 2x2, 3x3 and a 4x4, but I don't know which are good ones to get. If you know any good cubes on sites that will ship to Canada, please let me know! Thanks
