Housing Contracts

Ok I know you guys probably hate these kind of post, but I figured I'd get a good response from here. So I've been accepted to UT Austin and I've applied for housing but I was wondering when housing contracts are offered for future freshman, also which hall would you consider the best, I was thinking about jester.
