Trouble with hotkeys in HoTS beta..

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this or if I am doing something wrong, but every time I make a change to my hotkeys in HoTS beta then go into a game, the hotkeys revert to default. I haven't had this trouble in WoL and I'm running the beta as administrator, which was the common suggestion when I googled my problem. Anyone else having this problem/solution?
