Provari in Canada?

I've been using an ego-c for almost a year now, and I think I'm ready to go pro....proVARI that is!

I'm in Canada. Can anyone recommend a good Canadian site that sells the Provari? Also, is that all I need to.order or is the battery separate? Charger? Or is that all included?

EDIT: Thanks for the help guys...I'll go by SirTTs advice
