[Help] Chocolate milk vs. Whole milk

I've been looking at the GOMAD diet but i have trouble drinking pure whole milk, it tastes absolutely disgusting to me and it causes tremors all over my body when i drink it from the taste, but i've tried Nestle chocolate milk and it actually tastes bearable, would drinking the same amount of chocolate milk have roughly the same effect as whole white milk?
