Does anyone know where I can find [this](http://cloud1.lbox.me/images/384x384/201207/micro-usb-female-to-apple-30-pin-male-charge-and-sync-adapter-for-ipad-iphone-and-ipod-black_ytybzo1342750255351.jpg) but the other way around?

Without a little cable inbetween both ends. And would this work with apple accesories like a Bose Sounddock? SGS3
