Bipolar and trees?

Hey Ents. I've read and been told a bunch of information but I thought I would actually come to you guys and see what you have to say...

I am a 20 year old female(Not sure if this information is relevant or not?) I have recently been diagnosed with a bipolar disorder. I have never really been a BIG smoker, but I have been doing it probably anywhere from 1-10 times a month for the past 5 years. I have heard many information about the link between bipolar and smoking trees. It has been a tough couple months for me, and it seems that sometimes trees are the only thing that can make me take a step back and relax. I was just wondering if any of you guys out there have bipolar. Is trees really what has drawn this out of me? Will smoking trees make it worsen, and cause more episodes? Should I just put them away for ever? Do you find it still helps you? I would like to hear anyones opinion on it and what they have to say please. :)
